It was after this that the mods became entirely inaccessible, save for a converted save from CK2. I can't quite recall of the sequence of events beforehand, but on one occasion not that long I tried deleting my EU4 folder from the Paradox folder on my computer. I don't know if that was a unique issue, or something that everyone found after the most recent patches. I would also try restarting my computer, both before and after these steps. In addition to those steps, I would also try uninstalling my games altogether and reinstalling them. I've set Steam to launch with administrator privileges, and set my Steam folder so that the files aren't read-only. I have over the past few months had occasional disk-write errors, typically when installing updates for games like CS:GO and EU4.
